Overview
We’re looking for energetic and reliable post‑secondary students to join our production team for a 16‑week summer work term. This is hands‑on, fast‑paced work that offers strong summer earnings, valuable industry experience, and the chance to work alongside an experienced production team. Students play an important role in our operations and are valued contributors—not just seasonal help.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Summer Production Worker, you’ll support operations across the mill, including the planer mill. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with general labour tasks in the mill

Working on production lines to sort, stack, or move lumber in an automated manufacturing environment

Supporting mill operators and production staff as required
-
Monitoring equipment and ensuring materials flow smoothly
-
Performing quality checks and following standardized procedures
-
Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
-
Following all safety procedures and company policies
-
Completing other duties as assigned
You’ll receive full on‑the‑job training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

No previous mill or manufacturing experience is required—we provide all training.
