HR Services Program

The FORSEC HR Services Program gives forestry employers accessible, on-demand HR consulting services—without the cost or complexity of hiring in-house expertise. Designed especially for small and mid-sized businesses, the program connects employers with experienced HR professionals who can help navigate day-to-day people challenges, strengthen policies and practices, support supervisors, and plan for growth. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management, workplace issues, and compliance, the program helps employers strengthen their HR practices with confidence with hands-on support, tailored solutions, and dependable tools.

How does it work?

After signing up, you will have a quick introductory call with our Human Resources consultant. If they can meet your needs, you sign an agreement with FORSEC and the consultant, and you’re in!

How much does it cost?

The program is included, at no cost, with your FORSEC membership.

What services are available?
