We are seeking a full-time Inventory Clerk to join our Warehouse Team. Reporting to the Purchaser, this role ensures our operation has the critical parts and supplies needed to keep our mill running efficiently. What You’ll Do

Receive, organize, and distribute incoming supplies and equipment

Work hands-on in the stockroom/warehouse environment

Restock deliveries and incoming orders

Maintain accurate inventory using computer systems and daily visual checks of critical parts

Keep the stockroom clean, orderly, and well‑maintained
-
Track, develop, and maintain processes that support accurate inventory control

Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies in inventory data
-
Place product orders with manufacturers/distributors
-
Work closely with team members to identify and resolve stock issues
-
Ensure Shipping/Receiving functions are completed daily

Perform additional duties that contribute to smooth warehouse operations
Skills/Abilities:
-
Strong attention to detail and basic understanding of machinery, tools, and parts
-
Results‑driven and highly organized
-
Solid understanding of inventory control and its impact on maintenance operations
-
Experience assembling kits/parts for maintenance work
-
Clear communication skills — written and verbal
-
Team‑oriented but comfortable working independently
-
Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
-
Able to work with minimal supervision
-
Physically able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Regular work week consists of 45 hours - employees must also be willing and able to work additional hours occasionally to meet operational needs
Qualifications:

High school diploma (minimum)
-
3+ years of stockroom, warehouse, or parts counter experience
-
Experience in business administration, finance, or analytics is an asset
-
Must be qualified to work in Canada
Compensation: $24.50 - $27.50/hr, commensurate with experience
