We’re offering fall education sessions open to forestry sector employers and employees at no cost. No travel time is required—all courses will be delivered virtually through Zoom. Classes start mid-October for just four hours per day, once per week, running for ten weeks. Sponsored by the Government of Nova Scotia.

More support is coming to help private woodlot owners recover from hurricane Fiona and grow healthy forests. The Department is investing an additional $5.7 million this fiscal year to help private woodlot owners with Fiona cleanup.
